
Today's Positive Visualization
I take a slow breath and clear my mind of any fear, worry or angry thoughts about myself or others. I feel my mind becoming more and more clear and this brings a quiet smile to my face. Into my clear mind I place thoughts of love & joy, kindness & encouragement, and beautiful light & color. I combine these images with the feelings of joy and let them go, knowing that they will create the good things I am visualizing and thinking.
