Until we admit where we are, we can't go someplace else


If we are angry, pretending to be happy won't help very much. If we acknowledge we are angry and decide we want to experience peace then we can begin to think thoughts that create peace.



If we embrace our anger it is certainly much easier to move toward peace. If we judge our anger peace remains illusive.

What is is - so why not allow yourself to embrace what is and then create what you want?
