As a member of the human family, we have a responsibility to co-create harmony in all our relationships. In our workplace and at home, in all activities and places, we are called to express love in whatever we say and do.
Jesus stated that loving God is the primary mission of all who are called to a spiritual life. Jesus expanded on love to say, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself". Through insight from meditation and prayer, we grow to love ourselves and to love others regardless of circumstances. In harmony with God, with ourselves, and with others, we speak and act in harmonious ways. Our capacity to express love grows through each experience, and we are serene.
Thought of Peace:
Above all, clothe yourselves with Love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body.
