Does having to do something motivate you or does a 'have to' create a feeling of rebellion? What do you put in your 'have to' category? What role does 'have to' play in your life? How do you feel when you want to do something? Do you give yourself permission to do what you want or can you only do what is necessary?

Turn 'have to' into a 'want to' to have a lot more fun.

Learn to want to do things that used to be a 'have to'. Learned to want to do things like cleaning the house or going to the dentist. Play with your have tos and want tos, and maybe even allow yourself to have fun doing it.
