Wellness: Harmonize to the center of the Universe

"We all have the capacity for greatness. All we need to do is: have faith in God, love ourselves, take responsibility for our lives, set worthwhile goals, and take action".

- Monique Crafton, Curaçao Neth. Antilles

Unity of spirit brings harmony, peace and contentment.
Often in this world we find the spirit of our activities and our goals to be so distant from each other, that unity and harmony is only achieved by making great effort. The effort can simply be in finding a center that connects everything.

We interviewed Monique Crafton, she is the author of LeMonique Thought of the Day daily greeting. She shared with us her inspiring vision of wellness.

LeMonique :

“Wellness is centered in the love of God, who’s the Creator of all minds, hearts and souls. Wellness is having control of the emotion and reason in life. Divine wisdom gives you the opportunity to see, listen, observe, analyze and understand this statement. This creates and vibrates a peaceful condition and harmony in your surroundings. It also creates harmony in your lifestyle, because this is what you reflect and/or transmit to others. As a result, the one receiving your positive vibration also enjoys the harmony of peace and comfort. One can enjoy 100% wellness by being spiritually balanced, having unity of mind, heart and soul in a healthy body.

As the author of Thought for the Day, I am forever grateful for being an instrument of God and for the opportunity to share His joy with others. On November 1 2005, I started sending motivational e-mails for my family and friends. With the reactions received, today, The Thought for the Day is expanding, and is one of the most important things on my "To Do" list. I have been noticing the eagerness of people, in receiving these wise lessons. They want to hear and learn more about "how to be a better person".

And as for obstacles, No, I did not experience any, on the contrary the responses were incredibly positive. Yet, I don't want to leave the question without saying that obstacles serve as experiences for challenges in life, and they help you focus on the truth and goodness of the Father. They help you keep moving forward! Centered in the love of God and knowing that we are worth the success, all obstacles will be overruled. We are God’s creation.

Through the Thought for the Day, I reach many people through Universal Inspirational Thoughts, with words coming from the mouth of the Heavenly Father. Every word that comes from the source of life, the Creator, is a guideline for this human race.” Centering your life and goals to one source of energy, helping you focus and align your thinking can be a great effective way to enhance your experiences, add meaning and peace to all you are determined to do.

Let us pray:”… Our Father, Who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the Power and the Glory forever, Amen.” ~ Luke 1:1-4 ~
