As a member of the human family, I have a responsibility to co-create harmony in all my relationships.

In my workplace and at home, in all activities and places, I am called to express love in whatever I say and do.

Jesus stated that loving God is the primary mission of all who are called to a spiritual life, and I love God.

Jesus expanded on love to say, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself".

Through insight from meditation and prayer, I grow to love myself and to love others regardless of circumstances.

In harmony with God, with myself, and with others, I speak and act in harmonious ways.

My capacity to express love grows through each experience, and I am serene.
