Now ask yourself...
What do you normally think about?

Here lies the problem. Like most people, your dominant thoughts are usually about your daily worries, fears, and what you lack. We all live by the Law of Attraction, we attract what we are thinking. When we hold on to the thoughts we have, we become what we think about most, and we attract what we think about most.
Feeling bad about something over and over again, means you are affirming it to come to you over and over again.

Focus on what you want, not on what you don't want, or what you are afraid of.

Universal Laws:
If you dont understand gravity, it does not mean that it does not exist.
This is the way thoughts work: Your life is a physical manifestation of what goes on in your head. This is not a form of wishful thinking or imaginairy crazyness, but as in Quantum physics: you can't have a universe without mind entering into it. Everything that goes on in our lives right now, is what we have drown to ourselves.

If you are antecepating expecting, dreading bad things, they will manifest.
Expect good things and feel the outcome situation, the result!

Gratitude:
Be grateful, for your body, the sun and everything. Start saying thanks, all the time.
Result: you will attract more and more situations in your life to keep this feeling going on.

Forgiveness:
Unforgiveness is a form of self abuse.
Start by forgiving yourself, say the person's name aloud and forgive him/her.
Being unwilling to forgive is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.
The thing is that the poison will stay with you.
When we don't forgive, the message we're sending out is: I want to keep repeating this experience over and over again, making yourself a victim.

Choices:
- Come out of the poor me (victim consciousness)
- Come out of repeating the same pattern
- Do some affirmative realization through right action by describing and feeling the joy of the kind of life YOU want to live.





Life is meant to be Joyful and
Abundant
It's not about getting, it's about letting.
